This week I decided to breakdown all of the services that are now available on our new and improved website! Under the services tab you will be able to schedule an appointment, find some great car care tips, do a vehicle maintenance lookup, learn about our towing services and our mobile tire van!

Our Schedule an Appointment feature is a great tool and it is easy to use. You simply fill out some basic contact and vehicle information along with what service(s) would be needed and perhaps a brief description of what service is requested. Under the appointment times, you can select your first and second choices. Once the request is submitted, someone for our shop will contact you to verify the appointment time and the services requested. It’s that easy!

The next great feature under our services menu is the Car Care Tips section. There is a variety of information to help you understand your car and what maintenance should be done and at what intervals. Taking a little time to understand this and completing these tasks will prolong the life of your car as well as save you money in the long run. The Monthly Checklist is a great place to start and get some ideas on how to give your car the TLC it needs.

The next feature is the Vehicle Maintenance Lookup. On this page, you can fill in some basic details about your vehicle and it will give you a list of recommended maintenance. You can then schedule an appointment with the services you select that you would like to be completed or get a quote and see what the cost will be. You can also choose to email yourself or a friend the list of recommended services. That way you can have a list of recommended maintenance to be completed. This feature really goes along with and works hand-in-hand with the Car Care Tips section. It is a really neat feature that takes the guesswork out of knowing what your beloved car needs!

The last feature of the services section is our towing service. This is important to take a look at for those times when you might need a tow. We have a tow truck! This section simply offers some great information about our towing services. Soon we will also be adding another section for our mobile support truck.

While cars and car care aren’t the most interesting topics to read about these are important. The better you maintain and care for your car the longer it will last. It also helps keep the value of your car at the highest you can so when the time comes to sell it or trade it in, you will get the best bang for your buck!
